Postgraduate Study



Modern Languages at Nottingham is a leading UK centre for research in French and Francophone Studies, German Studies, Russian and Slavonic Studies, Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies and Translation Studies.  We also offer postgraduate study in Chinese/English Translation and Interpreting. We have a large and passionate postgraduate community, on taught and research degrees, made up of home and international students, full-time and part-time students. We offer teaching and supervision on a wide range of specialisms. Our research was rated 5th for Research Power in the 2014 Research Excellence Framework.
