Getting to the East Midlands Conference Centre From London Airports

By bus

There are a number of bus services running from Paddington Station (London) to Nottingham. From Heathrow, using National Express it is approximately 5 hours.

By train 

Direct Trains leaving Luton Airport take approximately 1½-2 hours to Nottingham. Stansted Airport take approximately 3-3¼ hours to Nottingham. Direct Trains leaving St Pancras to Nottingham take approximately 2 hours.

Airport Connections

Gatwick Airport to St Pancras Station take approximately 1 hour. Heathrow Airport to St Pancras Station take approximately 1hour 10mins

By taxi

There are taxi ranks throughout Nottingham and immediately adjacent to the main railway and bus stations. The journey to the campus takes approximately 15 minutes.

From East Midlands Airport

From East Midlands Airport you can take Trent Barton Indigo service, or the Nottingham City Transport's Skylink service. Buses leave from outside the Airport Arrivals hall. You can also walk to the taxi rank on the terminal forecourt and take a direct taxi to the University. Taxis are normally available 24 hours. From Birmingham International Airport Birmingham International Rail Station is located 500 metres from the Airport terminals, and there is a shuttle every 2 minutes. The train from the airport to Nottingham Train Station is approximately 2 hours. From M1 motorway Leave the M1 motorway at junction 25 and follow the A52 signposted to Nottingham. After approximately 4.4 miles turn right at the roundabout (Toby Carvery) onto the A6464 Woodside Road. Turn left at the next roundabout to enter the University of Nottingham's West Entrance. The EMCC is situated on Beeston Road, which is the main loop road through the campus.
