Long Service Awards are given to any member of staff who has completed 25 and 40 years' continuous service with the University. There are a range of gifts that the member of staff can choose from, and this gift is presented at a presentation dinner.
In addition, staff retiring from the University at the age of 65+, with 25 years' service or more, are also presented with a gift of their choice at the ceremony.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for organising the annual presentation ceremony and dinner. Further details are available from your HR Business Partner.

Please do not submit this form until you have received your formal hardcopy invitation via the post; this will be early-mid September. Any submissions received prior to formal invitations will be deleted. Please, however, chase up with the Long Service Co-ordinator if you have not received your formal invitation by the first week in October.
