Recognition and Awards

We aim to ensure all staff are rewarded and recognised for their performance and contribution to the University.

There are a number of ways in which there is further recognition awarded to you, and this section details the University's bonus policies and long service awards.


Exceptional Performance Bonus Policy (EPB)

Managers are able to reward truly exceptional individual or team performance, in a limited number of cases, with immediate recognition in the form of a one-off payment at any time during the year.

Special Contribution Recognition Bonus Policy (SCRB)

Managers are able to reward exceptional individual or team performance in the form of a one off payment as required. The nature of this contribution differs in scope, impact and duration from that which triggers an EPB.

Long Service Awards

Long Service Awards are given to any member of staff who has completed 25 and 40 years' continuous service with the University.
