The staff populations included within the local pay negotiation process are:

  • Administrative, Professional & Managerial (APM) – Levels 1-3
  • Childcare Services (CCS)
  • Operations & Facilities (O&F)
  • Technical Services (TS)

The documents below include full details of the offer. It is suggested that each member of staff access:

  1. The document that relates to the job family in which your role sits; this provides all details of the offer that apply to your role.
  2. The modeller, this will illustrate how the offer will apply to your role over the three-year period.

Note: Currently being updated - The modeller will provide you with information on how the pay award will apply to you personally. You will need to input your job family, staff level, spine point and your weekly working hours/fractional hours
