Administrative, Managerial & Professional (APM) - Levels 1 - 3

The normal full-time working week is 36.25 hours spread over 5 days

Administrative, Managerial & Professional (APM) - Levels 4 - 6

Members of staff will be expected to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their role with 36.25 hours being the notional requirement for the working week, normally spread over five days

Administrative, Managerial & Professional (APM) - Level 7

A full-time contract is based on 36.25 hours being the notional requirement, with no defined hours of days of work

Research and Teaching (R&T) - Levels 4a; 4-6

Members of staff will be expected to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their role with 36.25 hours being the notional requirement for the working week

Research and Teaching (R&T) - Level 7

A full-time contract is based on 36.25 being the notional requirement, with no defined hours or days of work

Technical Services (TS) - Levels 1 - 3

The normal full-time working week is 36.25 hours spread over 5 days

Technical Services (TS) - Levels 4 & 5

Members of staff will be expected to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their role with 36.25 hours being the notional requirement for the working week

Operations and Facilities (O&F) - Levels 1 – 3

The normal full-time working week is 36.25 hours spread over 5 days out of any 7

Childcare Services (CCS) - Levels 1 & 2

The normal full-time working week is 39 hours per week, spread over 5 days

Clinical Academics:

 

Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Researcher, Clinical Teaching Fellow, Clinical Consultant

A full-time contract is based on 40 basic hours (10 Programmed Activities) being the notional requirement per week with no defined hours or days of work.

A full-time contract is based on 38.5 basic hours being the notional requirement with no defined hours or days of work.
