You should have activated your IT account as the first part of online registration.
Please ensure that you set your security questions and change your password.
Student IT account

Stay connected wherever you are across our UK campuses.
'eduroam' is the main wireless network and you will need to connect once you arrive.
Stay safe online, avoid phishing attempts and make sure you set strong passwords.
Secure your devices, data and protect your information and online privacy from attacks.
Get specialist software
We provide a wide range of software that you can install on your personal device.
Or, you can access software 24/7 on a fully configured virtual University computer.
Virtual drop-in sessions
To compliment your online induction, we are offering all students the opportunity to attend a virtual drop-in session where you can ask our experts any follow-on IT questions. Drop-in sessions will be held online via Microsoft Live Events.
