Connect to Wi-Fi

Stay connected wherever you are across our UK campuses.

'eduroam' is the main wireless network and you will need to connect when you arrive as part of registration.

Get connected

How to connect

To connect:

  1. Go to Wi-Fi settings and select 'eduroam'
  2. When prompted for a username, enter your university email address
  3. Enter your university password
  4. Check certificate if prompted

For eduroam, your username is your university email address. For example:

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students: username@nottingham.ac.uk

Postgraduate Researchers, Staff and Associates: firstname.lastname@nottingham.ac.uk

We recommend using the Configuration Assistance Tool (CAT) or the Get eduroam app to help automatically set up your device.
