Looking to find out more about the subject databases within Arts and Humanities, and how to search them effectively to find information?

This webinar will focus on a selection of the key databases below from our Arts and Humanities collection:

  • EEBO (Early English Books Online);
  • Gale Primary Sources (Primary source material from the 18th century onwards)
  • Historical Abstracts (World history, excluding US and Canada, from 1450 onwards)
  • JSTOR (Arts and social sciences)
  • Mass Observation Online (British social history)
  • MLA International Bibliography (Literature, modern languages, linguistics, folklore)
  • Nexis (News archives)

Discover their key features, and how to structure a search using a variety of techniques to help you get the best results.
