Throughout Wobble Week, Libraries will be hosting a range of online and in-person events.

Join us for our drop-in tours of our library spaces, book a 1:1 session with Library staff, attend our online study sessions and webinars or take a break from your studies with our Libraries Games Night.

Health and wellbeing support

Healthy U notice boards are available in all of our libraries with information about useful services and resources to support your health and wellbeing. 

We have also collaborated with Healthy U, University of Nottingham Health Service and the Counselling Service on a list of useful health and wellbeing resources and books.

Share your photos for your chance to win!

This November, share your photos of our libraries on Instagram and tag #UoNLibraries @UoNLibraries for your chance to win one of two £25 Blackwell's evouchers.

Whether it's the architecture, the views from the top floor, or your favourite study space, we'd love to see it.

The competition closes at midnight on 21 November 2021 and the winners will be judged by a panel of Library staff.

Terms and conditions

  • Photos must be submitted between 00:01 on 1 November and midnight on 21 November 2021.
  • Winning entrants must be current students at the University of Nottingham. (Staff are eligible to enter, but are not eligible for prizes)
  • Winners will be chosen by a panel of Library staff. 
  • Each winner will receive a £25 Blackwells evoucher.
  • Libraries will ask for permission to repost the images on @UoNLibraries Instagram account.
  • Please ensure anyone you have permission from anyone appearing in the photograph.
  • No nudes or portrayals of illegal activities. Submissions that, in the sole discretion of the judges, are considered inappropriate or unsuitable for publication will be deemed ineligible and removed from the competition.
  • Photos must abide by the University policies including the Code of Discipline for Students and Social Media Policy for Students.

Whether you like to read classics, non-fiction, graphic novels, essay collections, contemporary fiction, you'll find your next great read in in our leisure reading collection. 

You can also borrow from a wide range of fiction titles in Hallward Library.
