Managing your EndNote Desktop Library

How to migrate your EndNote Desktop Library to EndNote Online

What is changing?

By default, EndNote Desktop currently stores your data on your existing personal University (Z:) drive. From 21 June 2021, access to your Z: drive will be restricted. To continue to use EndNote, you will need to sync your EndNote Desktop Library with EndNote Online as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, we are not aware of a solution to sync multiple EndNote Libraries.

How to guides

There are three ways to sync your library to EndNote Online, depending on how, and if, you already use EndNote.

Download the relevant guide and follow the instructions to ensure a smooth transition to EndNote Online.
