Consultancy Taster Package

LiPP consultancy is flexible and ideal for periods of organisational change and growth, troubleshooting, increasing productivity and enhancing employee engagement. From our experience and expertise of delivering LiPP consultancy programmes we have developed a taster consultancy package specifically for the ERDF programme.

We cover any combination of the following:

leadership communication; effective business meeting training; group dynamics and effective team-building; profiling of customers and clients; resolving miscommunication and conflict; digital communication analysis; profiling email effectiveness and face-to-face interactions.

Our offer is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and we offer eligible SMEs a choice of: 2 free workshops, or 1 free workshop and a 6 hour consultancy taster package.

LiPP consultancy taster package is primarily for SMEs based in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

An eligible SME is a company that:

• Has less than 250 employees
• Is not more than 25% owned by an enterprise that in itself is not an SME
• Has an annual turnover of less than €50 million OR has an annual balance sheet of less than €43 million
