Research projects

LiPP team members have been involved in a wide range of research projects on professional communication funded from a number of different sources.

These include the European Regional Development Fund, the Arts and Humanities Research Council, the Economic and Social Sciences Research Council, the Economic and Physical Sciences Research Council and the Higher Education Innovation Fund. Commissioned research consultancy and training projects are also a key part of our work. We have received funding from a number of organisations across different the private and public sector including the legal profession, financial services, police and fire services and the NHS. 

Between March 2023 and September 2025 we are carrying out a Knowledge Transfer Project with law firm, Browne Jacobson. The project has funding from UKRI, Innovate UK.
