This event is classed as State Aid to participating businesses, the value of which is £379, but is delivered completely free of charge to participants.
What To Expect:The workshop will focus on both verbal and non-verbal communication, emphasising the significant role that cultural awareness plays in communicating effectively and efficiently.
Workshop Leaders:This workshop will be led by Professor Louise Mullany and Dr Luke Collins. Professor Mullany has spent the last 20 years researching and teaching organisational communication in a wide range of businesses and organisations in the UK and globally, from SMEs through to large multinationals. Dr. Collins is an expert in professional communication and has published widely in this area. He has extensive teaching and training experience in the field of intercultural communication.
