I have extensive research experience with local Chinese government, Chinese and international companies and healthcare sectors in China. My research areas include: Leadership Development, Talent Policy Research, HRM, Organisational Career Development. I have won multiple municipal research grants and municipal teaching and research awards/recognitions. I also teaches in executive education programmes and has delivered teaching sessions in International HRM, change management and work design.

Consultancy and Research: Dr Feng is happy to explore opportunities to undertake consultancy and research work with external organisations.
I have worked with multiple local government sectors and delivered policy research on talent acquisition and retention healthcare talent management in Ningbo. I received research grants from Ningbo Municipal Research Institute, Ningbo Health Commission and Yin Zhou Human Resource and Social Security Bureau. Currently I am working with a local public hospital in Ningbo on several joint research and training projects about hospital talent management and managing employee well-being.
I have published practitioner articles in EFMD Global Focus Magazine and AGCAS Journal and also spoke at EFMD HigherEd Global Talent Summit.
I have worked with domestic and international companies in China on several research projects, e.g., a global leadership project with an international company in Qingdao and talent research projects involving 100+ Ningbo-based enterprises. I also provide training and consultations for business and HR leaders of local enterprises. Additionally I worked with 50 domestic and international companies on several emploaybility research projects and currently partner with EY China on a employability competence project involving 100-200 leading firms in China.
