Asia expertise:  Senior Advisor to the Clean Governance Centre at the University of Hunan, China.  Work has focused on corruption and anti-corruption, collaborating with colleagues in Hong Kong, China and Australia. Also a European Commission expert adviser on supporting anti-corruption efforts in Kyrgyzstan.
