To all our staff and students - please enter your email address (if you want a reply) and then list any suggestions you have for improving things within our School. All contributions are anonymous unless you choose to leave your name.
You can use this form to inform the School of any behaviour or circumstance that you believe is making somebody feel uncomfortable, excluded or threatened, particularly on the basis of their race, or any gender-related issues including sexual orientation, disability or belief system.
This form will send your message to Clare Burrage, Chair of the Diversity Committee. If you wish, your message can be anonymous, but if you leave your name and details we will contact you with a response. Otherwise where appropriate, responses to comments submitted via this form will also appear on the Diversity Committee's workspace page. (Please note that if your concern is such that we need to investigate a particular individual, we may very occasionally need to ask you (via the workspace response) to contact a member of staff in person to confirm details.)
Where appropriate, responses to comments submitted via this form will also appear on the Diversity Committee's workspace page.
