Implementation of the 5 year NHS RightCare framework is now well underway and good progress has been made over the last year with establishing relationships, proof of concept and driving change across a third of health economies in England. NHS RightCare is a proven approach that delivers better patient outcomes and frees up funds for further innovation. 

PRIMIS is proud to support the NHS RightCare programme. The PRIMIS Asthma Care, Diabetes Care, GRASP-AF, GRASP-COPD and Warfarin Patient Safety quality improvement tools can all help to focus local quality improvement initiatives to improve achievement of key performance indicators within practices.
