Dr Kaushik Chattopadhyay

Dr Kaushik Chattopadhyay is an Associate Professor in Evidence Based Healthcare at the University of Nottingham. He is a steering committee member of the Centre for Evidence Based Healthcare, which is a Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Centre of Excellence. He primarily works in the UK, China, India and Nepal. He has been involved in several systematic reviews including JBI systematic reviews. He is a clinician with research interests in lifestyle diseases such as obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease; traditional therapies such as yoga and ayurveda; and evaluation of interventions including randomised controlled trials.

Kaushik teaches on the undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses including systematic review courses. He has worked at several world-renowned organisations such as the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, King's College London, St. George's, University of London, and Royal Institute of International Affairs.
