Dr Kaushik Chattopadhyay is an Associate Professor in Evidence Based Healthcare at the University of Nottingham. He is a steering committee member of the Centre for Evidence Based Healthcare, which is a Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Centre of Excellence. He primarily works in the UK, China and India. He has been involved in several systematic reviews including JBI systematic reviews. He is a clinician with research interests in lifestyle diseases such as obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease; traditional therapies such as yoga and ayurveda; and evaluation of interventions including randomised controlled trials.

Kaushik teaches on the undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses including systematic review courses. He has worked at several world-renowned organisations such as the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, King's College London, St. George's, University of London, and Royal Institute of International Affairs.
