R&T Level 4 staff who have been awarded personal fellowships

R&T Level 4 staff who have been awarded personal Fellowships are no longer required to submit an application for promotion through the R&T Promotions Committee.

When an R&T Level 4 member of staff has been awarded a personal Fellowship, and the funds have been received by the University, a Fellowship Pro-forma should be completed and sent to HR Shared Services.

The Fellowship Pro-forma should be completed by the individual who has been awarded the personal Fellowship and endorsed by the Head of School. A copy of the funding letter must also be attached to the Pro-forma.
