EPI2SEM facility funded by the EPSRC and the University of Nottingham (EPitaxial growth and In situ analysis of 2d SEMiconductors). This is an UHV system for MBE (Molecular Beam Epitaxy) and in situ analysis by SPM (Scanning Probe Microscopy) and nanoESCA (electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis) of two-dimensional semiconductors.
