Our Food Processing Facility provides capability for homogenising, steam processing, thermal processing, vaccum sealing and can sealing.

We have a variety of drying and incubation technologies for shelf life testing.

Our specialist equipment includes:

  • Thermo prism twin screw extruder
  • Roboqbo universal processing system
  • Lagrade retort

Quality control lab

The quality control lab has a range of instrumentation to assess process and product. These include:

  • Rheometer
  • Texture analyser
  • Water activity meter
  • Colorimeter

Development kitchen

Our well-equipped development kitchen has a variety of appliances for preparation of products prior to further testing.
