MSc Fees and Funding

Postgraduate taught students are responsible for arranging their own funding to cover fees and living expenses. It is best to apply early for your course, giving yourself the maximum amount of time to look for available funding.

Business School scholarships

University of Nottingham Alumni scholarships

Here at Nottingham we value our students, so if you hold or are expected to graduate from the University of Nottingham (UK) and fulfil our MSc admission criteria, you will automatically be offered a 50% scholarship.

In addition, if you have studied at one of our campuses in China or Malaysia and you meet the course admissions criteria, you will receive a 50% scholarship until we reach the funding limit.

Postgraduate studentships in the social sciences

Nottingham is part of the Midlands Graduate School ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership, which offers funding opportunities for UK and EU postgraduate students each year, including tuition fee scholarships and money towards living expenses. A number of pathways are available at Nottingham, including Management and Business Studies.

Tuition fee deposit

If you are successful in being offered a place, you will be required to pay a £2,000 tuition fee deposit within a specified period in order to secure your place. The tuition fee deposit is offset against the tuition fee when you register on your MSc course.

If you require a Tier 4 (General) student visa to study in the UK this tuition fee deposit is separate and in addition to your £2,000 CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) deposit.
