Education for Sustainability

Sustainability is at the core of ICCSR’s teaching and research and over the years we have advanced sustainability knowledge and influenced sustainability behaviours and practices at individual and organisational levels.

The Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) research theme is dedicated to researching education for sustainability.  We seek to understand the extent to which sustainability is embedded in business and management teaching, learning and the curricula.

Beyond the what and why, the question of how to integrate sustainability in the Business School’s teaching is critical.  How do we innovate and redesign teaching, learning and the curricula to develop future leaders with capabilities and competence to drive transformational change for a more sustainable future?

Join us in this conversation as we advance ESD knowledge, and at a practical level, support the Business School’s efforts as a UN Principles of Responsible Management Education (UN PRME) champion.
