Research interests
I am interested in behavioural and experimental economics. My focus is on exploring the influence of goal-setting on performance, with a focus on gender and goal meaning.

My research interest lies in behavioural economics, cognitive economics and experimental economics. In particular, I am studying how interaction influences people's reasoning and preference.

I am interested in behavioural and experimental economics, with a particular focus on individual decision making and cooperation problems. My supervisors are Simon Gächter and Robin Cubitt.

My research interests are mainly behavioural and experimental economics. Currently, I am interested in network equilibrium and decision-making in networks.

Patrick began his PhD journey in October 2019. He is supervised by Martin Sefton and Maria Montero - both CeDEx faculty members.
 

Research interests
I use theoretical and experimental tools to analyse how morality and social norms affect human decision-making as well as economic outcomes. This includes the formation and evolution of norms, determinants of norm compliance and implications for public policy.
 

My research interests are primarily within Behavioural Economics. My current research is investigating blood donor behaviour to advance our understanding of human cooperation. Specifically, I am working on temporal preferences and how intrinsic motivation can effect donation utility in varying time domains. My supervisors at Nottingham are Prof Eamonn Ferguson and Prof Chris Starmer.

Kieran started his PhD in October 2023. He is supervised by Silvia Sonderegger and Seung-Keun Martinez - both CeDEx faculty members.

My research interests are behavioural and experimental economics. In particular, I am interested in decision-making under uncertainty and decision delegation.
 

Research interests
Currently, I am doing research in Behavioral Economics and Microeconomics. I'm interested in models of (biased) belief formation, and I am currently working on "the value of information under groupthink", a project on how collective delusions in organizations and teams can be alleviated through the optimal provision of information, under the supervision of Silvia Sonderegger and Fabio Tufano.
