UCAS Visit Days for Undergraduate Offer Holders

All undergraduate applicants who receive an offer are invited to a UCAS visit day, which is an opportunity for you to see the School of Cultures, Languages and Area Studies and the University for yourself.

How to book a visit day?

You can book your place on a visit day by logging into MyNottingham using the Student ID you were sent in your acknowledgement email.   If you have not received these, please contact the Student Recruitment Support Hub on 0115 9515559. 

When are the visit days?

The visit days take place in February and March 2016

  • American and Canadian Studies degrees
    Up to four dates including Sat 6 Feb, Wed 24 Feb, Wed 9 Mar and Sat 12 Mar
  • Culture, Film and Media degrees (Film and Television Studies / International Media and Communications Studies)
    Up to two dates including Wed 24 Feb and Wed 9 Mar
  • Modern Languages degrees
    Up to six dates including Sat 6 Feb, Sat 20 Feb, Sat 5 Mar, Wed 9 Mar, Sat 12 Mar and Wed 16 Mar

What happens on the visit day?

During the day you will have the chance to experience some of the teaching we do in the School as well as take a student-led tour of the wonderful University Park Campus, including a look at some halls of residence. You will also have the opportunity to meet our staff and current students over lunch and find out all you need to know about the subject you want to study, to help you make your decision on coming to The University of Nottingham.
