A mindfulness session paying purposeful attention in a kind and non-judgemental way.
Studies have shown that regularly practising Mindfulness can be helpful if you tend to worry a lot about the future or find it hard to let go of situations once they have passed.
This is a lunchtime drop-in meditation session to help you switch off and unwind.
No previous experience is necessary.
NOTE - this workshop will be carried out online and the details of how to access the workshop will be sent to you shortly after you register.
