Mindfulness workshop: Friday 4 December 2020, 1pm - 2pm, MS Teams

Mindfulness is about paying attention on purpose in a kind and non-judgemental way’.  

Studies have shown that regularly practising Mindfulness can be helpful if you tend to worry a lot about the future or find it hard to let go of situations once they have passed.

If you are curious about Mindfulness and you want to practice Mindfulness type exercises in a supportive environment this session is for you. 

NOTE - this workshop will be carried out online and the details of how to access the workshop will be sent to you shortly after you register.
