Manage Anxiety & Stress Workshop: Friday 16 October 2020, 12.45pm - 1.45pm

In a fast-paced world, and global pandemic, everyone experiences stress and anxiety from time to time. Stress and anxiety are not always bad however if they begin to interfere with your daily life then it’s good to take action.

We invite you to this workshop so that together we can focus on:

  • What does stress and anxiety mean to you?
  • What are some of the causes/triggers?
  • Spotting the early warning signs of stress and anxiety
  • Sharing ideas about tips and techniques to build on our ability to manage stress and anxiety

NOTE - this workshop will be carried out online and the details of how to access the workshop will be sent to you shortly after you register.
