About BSB
Founded in 1899, Burgundy School of Business – BSB belongs to the top 1% of business schools in the world to have received double AACSB and EQUIS accreditation.
It will be delivered as workshops that combine modern learning methods such as experimental learning, problem-based learning, elements of personal development and a number of creativity techniques.
Dijon Campus

Lyon Campus
In Lyon's vibrant 8th arrondissement, BSB's brand-new campus opened its doors in September 2025. Designed with the spirit of a coworking space, it combines flexibility, creativity and collaboration to meet the evolving needs of the growing student community.

Dijon
As the capital of one of France's 13 regions, Dijon is a vibrant and youthful metropolis where everything is within easy reach. Concert halls, theatres, festivals, museums, exhibitions, nightlife and more are just a short walk from campus, offering students an exceptional cultural experience alongside their studies.
Recognised as one of the most environmentally friendly cities in Europe, Dijon is firmly committed to sustainability and to becoming a leader in urban environmental awarness.
Popular sites visited by tourists include the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Palais des Ducs et des États de Bourgogne, Église Notre Dame, Rue de la Charlotte, Tour Philippe le Bon.
Lyon
Lyon is a dynamic metropolis with nearly 51,000 jobs in the digital and creative industries and strong links between universities and the many global companies based there.
Having reinvented itself from a proud industrial heritage into a modern hub of education and technology, Lyon now stands as one of Europe's most innovative cities.
Beyond its economic strength, the city boasts a remarkable cultural heritage from ancient Roman sites, to Renaissance architecture, while offering students a vibrant, cosmopolitan lifestyle in France.
Top attractions: Musée des Confluences, Musée de Beaux-Arts, Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière, Lyon Confluence, Cathédrale St-Jean-Baptiste, Place des Terreaux.

Travel opportunities
Dijon and Lyon are both accessible by direct train from Paris Gare de Lyon.
Two of the most dynamic regions in France, Burgundy and Rhône-Alpes are located close to Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. Dijon and Lyon are both accessible by major motorways, airports and SNCF railway stations.
Climate
Each region of France has its own climate. Along the Atlantic, in the west of France, summers are warm and winters are mild. Rain is frequent. In the east of France, summers are warm and winters are cold with snow in the mountain areas. In the south of France, it is a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild, dry winters.
Dijon has an oceanic climate with a greater temperature range and average high temperatures of 26°C in July and average low temperatures of 14°C.
Lyon has average high temperatures of 28.2ºC in July and average low temperatures of 17ºC.
Finance
All students nominated to Burgundy School of Business will receive a tuition fee waiver.
Turing funding
Priority is given to eligible students who meet Turing's widening access criteria and participate in a summer school of at least 14 days, excluding travel days.
A Standard grant may be available to students who have declared special educational needs or a disability (SEND) to the university. Students eligible for SEND funding will be assessed separately to Turing's widening access criteria.
Please be aware that Turing funding is limited and not guaranteed and students should not rely on this funding when considering applying for international summer schools.

Successful summer school applicants who are awarded Turing funding are not eligible for any additional bursaries offered by the University of Nottingham for an international summer school.

BSB does not offer accommodation directly, however they can assist students with booking accommodation in either or both of the accommodation options they recommend in Dijon and Lyon.

BSB recommend Residhome accommodation in Dijon. Single or shared rooms are offered in this 3-star apartment hotel, located near the station and within 15 minutes' walk from campus. Rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette.
