You can contact the IT Service Desk for further information about a desk phone that you are currently using. Simple software changes can normally be carried out the same day, but where physical engineering work is needed we aim to complete this within ten working days. Charges are applicable for some types of work.
Voicemail for desk phones
Voicemail offers a personalised messaging service which allows users to record individual greetings and receive voice messages in their mailbox.
Can be enabled on any extension on the University’s telephone system for a desk phone you currently use.
