We handle all work mobile phone orders across the University. Request a new phone and contract, as well as view information around the options available to you.
EE is the primary mobile service provider for the University. More information about EE mobile services and costs are available on the Mobile Telephony Workspace (log in required).
For any queries regarding your mobile phone (except billing), contact EE on 158 from your phone.
Ordering new mobile phones
To buy your new phone, you should take a look over the advice and guidance on Workspace, where we have details of models, packages and tariffs.
If you or a member of your team is leaving the University, please let us know and we’ll arrange the return of the mobile phone.
Lost or stolen phones
If you lose your mobile phone, or suspect it has been stolen, please advise EE asap in order that they can bar your number from use.
