STEMM-CHANGE is an EPSRC-funded project to change culture and practices in equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine (STEMM). In this exciting project we are:

  • investigating barriers to inclusion in STEMM disicplines
  • making available new tools for promoting diversity in academic recruitment
  • developing web resources sharing best practice in EDI
  • introducing mentoring programmes to help break down barriers to career advancement
