We are... book lovers

Anna-Hooper400x400

What I love most about books is that they allow you to vicariously experience so much that you would otherwise never come into contact with. This keeps my degree exciting and ever-changing. One week I’m in Restoration England with the first woman on stage and the next I’m exploring Old Norse mythology and the origins of Thor. I came to Nottingham daunted by the reading, but after throwing myself into it I wasn’t left disappointed. Being a book lover has taught me that you’re never far away from a new adventure (even if it’s a vicarious one).
