Maternity Leave

This section sets out the arrangements, criteria and process for applying for maternity leave, together with a checklist, application forms, flowcharts and calculators.

Shared Parental Leave

This section sets out the arrangements, criteria and procedures for applying for Shared Parental Leave, together with guidelines, flowcharts, eligibility information application forms.

 

Adoption Leave

This section sets out the arrangements, criteria and process for applying for adoption leave, together with a checklist, application forms, flowcharts and calculators.

Surrogacy

This section sets out the arrangements for employees giving birth on behalf of surrogate parents or starting a family through a legal surrogacy arrangement.

 

Parental Support

This section sets out the arrangements, criteria and process for applying for parental support (including paternity leave), together with a checklist, application forms and flowcharts.

Training & Resources

If you are a line manager, you'll find resources here which will help you to understand the particular needs and issues, and inclusive ways of working. If you are a working parent, you'll find resources here which will help you to navigate your path across parenthood and work.
