Join us in the Machicado Suite for the weekly Philosophy Research Seminar, where Jess Leech joins us from King's College to talk Metaphysical Necessity

Abstract: What is metaphysical necessity? What, if anything, do we need a concept of metaphysical necessity for? What is our best metaphysical account of metaphysical necessity? In my talk, I will first outline and motivate a methodology that recommends treating these questions as importantly interconnected. I'll then sketch the beginnings of an answer.
