Policy and procedure

Includes: annual monitoring; consultation with affected Schools

Schools may identify changes to programme and module specifications as a result of their annual monitoring procedures. Schools must ensure that these changes are incorporated in the documents published by the University and also that the relevant course and module data is available for central University processes in accordance with published deadlines.

In the case of some of the changes Schools may wish to make, they may need to consult other affected school(s), inform students and/or seek central University approval, before the changes can be implemented.

For these purposes students will include applicants who have accepted an offer of a place on a programme (and therefore have formed a contract with the University) also to be informed of significant changes to programme structures.
