With both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham moving to online teaching and a significant drop in the number of students and staff travelling, the following changes will be made to the 4, 31 and 34:
•The 4 will not operate from 23 March 2020 – please use South Notts 1 to Clifton Campus (stopping outside on Clifton Lane) with buses up to every 20 minutes on Monday to Saturday daytimes and half hourly in the evenings and on Sundays
•The 31 will not operate from 23 March 2020 – please use Pink 28 or 30 to Wollaton Road with frequent buses throughout he day
•The 34 will switch to its ‘holiday timetable’ from 22 March 2020, with buses every 30 minutes, daily. Orange 36U from the City will continue to pass through University Park Campus during Monday to Friday peak times.
NCT will continue to liaise with both universities and will reinstate services to their term time frequencies once the universities resume lectures.
