We are a large and diverse department of the University of Nottingham, employing 500 people and providing a wide range of services to support our internationally successful University, including: Facilities Maintenance, Capital Development, Energy Management, Grounds Management, Building Services, Engineering Services, Domestic Services, Space Management, Transport & Logistics and Security.
In total we manage: 486 buildings, over 6 UK Campuses on 496 Acres of land (including Playing Fields).
The Estate Office always aims to be responsive to your needs, acknowledging that the University and its departments are constantly having to adapt to changing pressures. With the resources available to us we aim to give value for money, matching our services to your needs in the most timely and appropriate way.
