Top tips

  • Dates must be in Day Month Year format, for example Monday 10 February 2020
  • Times must be in 12-hour format, for example 2.30pm
  • Use bold to emphasise important content
  • Only hyperlinks must be underlined
  • Use an inclusive language everyone understands
