When you use an image or a video you should always include a plain language description of the content if it is essential to understanding. For videos you should also, wherever possible, include a full transcript so those with visual impairment can access the content equally.
When using audio content, provide a transcript or at least a detailed description to allow for those with auditory impairments to be able to understand the content fully.
