Bridging the gap between policy and practice The Chilean case of promoting mental health in the workplace

Research Details:
Chile since 2013 has implemented several policies to enforce all enterprises located in its territory to address working conditions that could harm employees' mental health. However, so far there is a lack of research that assesses these initiatives' effectiveness. Therefore, the current PhD aims to systematise the Chilean experience in implementing a psychosocial risk management policy to examine its impact in promoting mental health in the workplace and provide lessons to optimise the translation of policies into the organisational context.
