Nurturing U: Self care campaign

This term we are encouraging students to be kind and to take care of themselves. Self Care is important as it can help with self-esteem, stress management and overall wellbeing. It’s often neglected or something we don’t do enough of.

It’s about looking after your mind, being kind to yourself, and doing something you enjoy.

We hope that the campaign will encourage you to incorporate self care into your everyday routine leading to a happier and healthier you.

Our Nurturing U information and resources are there to help you improve your self care. We also have themed competitions we are running throughout the term for you to enter.

You can decorate your egg with anything you like. No eggs, no problem! You can make your egg out of anything it just has to be egg shaped. It could be a paper/card egg, papier Mache or chocolate!
