The HR Digital, Systems and Shared Services Team is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the delivery of excellent, agile, responsive and reliable HR employment services and fit for-purpose digital systems supporting the employee journey. Responsible for a combined team that brings together those colleagues that generate the bulk of HR data with those that are responsible for managing and analysing it.
