1.0 Purpose

The Institute of Professional Work Based Learning (IPWBL) create and maintain standard operating procedures to support staff involved in degree apprenticeships.  

 

2. Key Principles

Standard operating procedures have been developed to support staff involved in degree apprenticeships, ensure consistency in practice across degree apprenticeships programmes and ensure processes are regulatory compliant. 

Standard operating procedures include those listed below; IPWBL will update and add to these as required.

  • Employer Review Meetings 
  • Gateway Review 
  • Initial Skills Scan 
  • Monthly Programme Reviews 
  • Onboarding 
  • Recruitment 
  • Tripartite Reviews
