We are proud to annouce that we have received a 3 star Food Made Good Sustainability Rating for our catered halls on University Park and at Jubilee Atrium.
We recieved a rating of 2 stars in 2022, so we are extremely pleased with the work that has gone on over these last 3 years to now achieve the maximum rating.

The rating provides a structured framework that assess all areas of sustainability within catering. It is broken down into 10 areas, under the three main pillars of Sourcing, Society and Environment.
A Rating of 1 star is achieved by scoring over 50%. 2 stars for a scoring over 60%. 3 stars for a scoring over 70%.
The Food Made Good Rating is a holistic approach that can be used as a gap analysis tool to improve our sustainability on a long-term basis. The SRA provides a tailor-made action plan so the university can identify where there are gaps and plan further action where required.
