This section provides information for employees and Heads of School/Departments of the procedure to be followed for regrading a role within one of our job families.
The Re-grading Procedure is applicable to all roles within the Technical Services Job Family and the Administrative, Professional and Managerial (APM) Job Family.
The Re-grading Procedure runs three times a year. This gives Schools/Departments the flexibility to apply to have a role considered for re-grading, when the role appears to “best fit” an appropriate higher level in the job family.
