Line manager’s consent
If you wish to apply, please ask your line manager to complete the line manager PCE-CfD training consent form. Once your line manager completes this form you will receive an automatic email giving you access to the full application form.
Supporting documents
Documents that might help you:
- Application supporting document - this will give you more information on the PCE-CfD approach, the training programme and the person’s specification.
- Sample application - this will help you prepare in advance before you start your online application
All applications will be assessed to ensure you meet all the entry criteria and your place will only be confirmed after this assessment. Once your place is confirmed you will receive further information on your course.
