Casual Workers

A casual worker is an individual who is able to work on a flexible basis, usually for a short period of time (a typical casual worker assignment should last no more than 10 months in duration) to meet changing demands and peak workloads. They should not be used to ‘trial’ an individual, nor should they be engaged into a regular working pattern.
