Finding reports

Locating reports on the Internet

If you are looking for a report published by a specific government agency, charitable foundation or research institution, you can often access their reports online directly from their home website.

Example:

Take a look at the Department of Health section of the Government website.

  • Click the publications link
  • Search by topic
  • Filter your results by publication type

Locating reports in the library

A selection of reports are located in all libraries and details can be found by searching NUsearch [UK; China; Malaysia].

Reports may be:

  • Interspersed with the normal bookstock and can be found by the classmark shown within NUsearch.
  • Shelved in a separate sequence within the library.

In the UK, Hallward Library houses a documents division, which includes official publications published within the UK and around the world.
